You are welcome to upload pictures or attach documents to your posts. Here are the limitations.

  1. Image file size must be 10MB or less
  2. Maximum megapixels on the picture must be 40 or less. Be aware that when you shrink a picture so that it’s under the size limitation, some programs do not change the megapixel value.
  3. Attachment file size must be 10MB or less
  4. Allowed upload extensions are:
    • .jpg
    • .jpeg
    • .pdf
    • .png
    • .gif
    • .heic
    • heif
    • .webp
    • .s3
    • .mp3
    • .mp4

Please note that if your file doesn’t meet any of the criteria above, the application may not give you an error message. Check all these things before trying again.
