Grandma,
It’s been ten years now…and I hope you are enjoying yourself where you are. I miss you. I know you would prefer that I get along with Grandpa’s wife Shirley… and while I accept her as family, I don’t think I’ll ever really “like” her. She’s just not you. I want Grandpa to be happy… but I feel like he was trying to replace you with her… and to me, that’s a big no-no.
I hope you weren’t too scared when Yinepu came to fetch you. I’m sorry I got mad at you after you went West. You were always someone who was there for me and I felt left behind.
Please watch over me Grandma, there is a lot of uncertainty in my life right now and I feel lost sometimes. I love you.
