I still think about and miss you. Like many things, I never really had a proper goodbye. I miss our bond. I could get another pet, but we already have too many that still need love and attention. I want you back. I want to hold and kiss you, listen to your little squeaks, and fall asleep with you. But I can’t change the past. I hope you are doing well wherever you are, and I ask for your blessing, as much as it hurts to remember. I know I need it, but I want your blessing for the other animals. they deserve the love and care that we gave to you and you gave to us. I want at least some bond with one of them, but not leave the others neglected. Maybe You can reach out your love to them so that all may be content.
